By default, Organizations will not have access to the content of Notes or Feedback Messages of Users who create this content. If an Organization’s policies require access to this data, then Monolith will comply. It is your responsibility to read and understand your Organization’s internal privacy policies.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your email address, the list of participants of the meeting, the time of the conversation of the participants and their emails, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Some of the reports created with this anonymized data may be shared with your Organization so that they can understand the overall usage of our product by their employees/constituents.

Background Information

In the event that an Organization purchases a subscription to the Services, they will have access to aggregate reporting relating to the usage of the Services by Users and other related analytics associated with their Organization. By default, Organizations will not have access to the content of Notes or Feedback Messages of Users who create this content. If an Organization’s policies require access to this data, then Monolith will comply. It is your responsibility to read and understand your Organization’s internal privacy policies.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your email address, the list of participants of the meeting, the time of the conversation of the participants and their emails, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
